So I got my new brakes on this afternoon and want to talk about it, I also found cool things while disassembling the rotors last night.

So I pulled my rotors so my dad could cut and polish them at work in prep for new pads.

I don't know how I didn't notice this before when I was putting winter tires on, but I have drilled and slotted rotors, as well as stainless braided brake lines courtesty of the former owner of my Bimmer.

You didnt notice you had drilled and slotted rotors? Wish I had that luxury. Constantly notice I DONT have slotted rotors.

haha to be fair the car was new, I've never had said luxury before, and I changed to my snow tires it was dark outside and they were rusty as all hell

Once they wear out, please don't be a doofus and replace them with slotted/drilled horseshit rotors
